Purchased from the NHS in late 2009 a development of 30, two and three bedroom houses which were in dilapidated condition, we undertook a massive refurbished programme to included new heating, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, updated wiring, redecoration and gardens. We also obtained planning consent for additional parking which released a redundant parking area which planning was granted for a mixed office and retail development, the land was later sold off. The houses were also sold mostly in 2010, we retained a couple of units for rental and sold the last property in last 2015
