Two long leasehold blocks of flats totalling 41, one and two bedroom apartments in a relatively new area on the outskirts of Peterborough with easy access onto the M1. This was another block purchase from LPA receivers and via Allops. An investment building that was completed in 2008/9, however we have started a bathroom and shower refurbishment programme in 2015
